Jury nullification counts as a mistrial & will result in another trial with new jurors. Definitely exercise your right to fuck shit up, but don’t think it’s going to get this absolute fucking hero off the hook .
If it happens enough times the prosecution would probably drop it as it would get harder and harder to find a jury who hasn’t seen the news and is maybe getting even more annoyed that they keep trying.
