Tangentially related, I wish I could find something that would let me output DSD Native from ISOs or DSF files over HDMI to my receiver that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

You have to get the Oppo or their clones that sell for $3,000+ now since everyone wants them, or a Digital Audio Player that costs $700+

It’s my understanding that a lot of it has to do with licensing cost that Sony wants to be able to prevent copying (that horse has left the stable), so you think someone would have developed a patch or knockoff that would let you put out things correctly. I know I could do DSD to high rate PCM conversion but that’s not the point.
