Nvidia shield

They also serve you their version of the show with ads if you have the same show on your Plex. I have Ghost in the Shell S.A.C on Plex and I’ve never watched their version but it sure as shit showed up in my “continue watching”. The same thing happened when my gf was watching Midsomer Murders.
When I read the very first bit I was like “oh is that a new kids tv streaming platform from the same creators as kidpix?” Then I was immediately hit with the reality of the grim world we live in

Vacuum chamber transparent wood filled with resin. Ok yeah sure that’ll “replace plastics”
If you’d like a real demo of what this article is talking about check out this NileRed video

I definitely agree, it’s advertised as private, when really it’s more “open” so that it’s not profitable I think

I definitely think it’s important to make people aware of the difference in the fedeiverse. Especially since that is not how it worked in non-federated social media

I agree

Oh, I’m not sure, maybe

You can boot lineage os’s android TV version easily on the onn one

Onn 4k box or Nvidia shield

https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/
lineageOS, but you have to have a supported device, and I’m not seeing that device on there. Plus fire tv’s are pretty locked down. I would suggest walmarts onn 4k box or an nvidia shield

personally I prefer android streaming boxes, because you can install custom versions of android tv on them, so if the official release from google is bad, you can just go to the community version

I’m not into the apple walled garden, I use android boxes

Yeah I don’t get roku boxes lol. I have an nvidia shield pro, and I’m considering loading the lineageOS software on it

https://spacebar.chat/ looks like it will eventually be good, it looks like it’s in its infancy right now though

Reasons I turn off WiFi on any TV I buy and use a streaming box

Not really rare these days when you compare them to America
Not sure tbh
I use the built in wireguard VPN in my router. If you just need local network access elsewhere it’s usually really easy to setup if your router provides it. I would look into it!
