      The country code top level domain for Taiwan is .tw (ISO 3166 online entry) which is valid on its own or when used after a generic TLD. If you’re suggesting that this site is using www and taiwannews as subdomains for the domain com and tw cc TLD, this is not the case. It’s the www subdomain of domain taiwannews with com TLD and tw cc TLD.
