It’s really difficult. Not because you will turn evil of your own free will, but because you will have to do terrible things to maintain stability and to keep yourself from being usurped by spies. If you became dictator of any country, you would immediately start to get attacked from many sides by both spies and also revolutionaries who think of themselves as the good guy. In order to do anything it takes time. This is the only way to win the people over. Becoming a dictator is no doubt going to lead to massive economic decline in the near term unless you become a right wing dictator who has favor with the business and merchant classes. If you try to actually become a benevolent dictator and actually free the people, most of the people you would think were your allies would also blame you for everything that is wrong and turn against you, the business class would fund propaganda against you. The internationalists would fund your opposition to gain back their foreign claims to your industry and minerals.

People will feel as if they have every right to criticize you in every way, if you don’t oppress them, but if you do, you will rightfully be called a tyrant. If you find your own propaganda you will be called a tyrant, but the people you think would be your allies, will not understand that there is propaganda on the other side.

It’s very difficult indeed. Within a few years of taking power you would immediately have to deal with a torrent of spies, foreign media, coups, and whatever else. This is why only right wing governments only ever last more then a few years in history.

Vladimir Lenin is a great example of this, he genuinely saw himself as being benevolent. He was a real communist. He wanted to help the people. Yet he quickly realized once he obtained power that he did not have the support of the majority of the country. He pleaded and appealed to them, he tried to “educate” them on what was needed to achieve communism, mainly just time and their trust. Yet even his first election if he were to have one, he would lose, because already he had become associated with the status quo. The mainstream oppressors of the common people. So he became a tyrant, as all dictators do. Communism gets traded for national socialism and fascism with red paint by the time Lenin is dead. All in an effort to just keep power for a little bit so he could see his communist vision come true. Unfortunately as soon as the bosliviks started to oppress the people they lost the little bit of credibility they had. Just another tyrant, another right wing power obsessed state.

Most learn at home. Firing a firearm accurately does require some practice and skill. Shotguns are the easiest, pistols are by far the hardest. In an enclosed space though it isn’t that hard to hit a human sized target. Most people who shoot guns probably know how they work. They aren’t all that complicated. Usually just safety, a mekanism to cock it, a trigger, and a magazine release. It doesn’t take that much training to learn how to shoot something a few feet away from you. It does take a bit to hit targets further away than say 25 feet. This is often why cops end up smoking gangsters. Many gangsters don’t practice with their firearms and cops do, so in a ranged fight, cops usually win.

Hitting a moving target is difficult. Most people don’t realize how easy it is to actually take down an armed person who isn’t skilled and practices things like the 30 ft rule which most cops will practice. (If you get within 30 ft, they will assume you can disarm them before they can land their first shot) Aiming usually takes a few seconds if you want to land your hits, even with a stationary target 25ft away. Some people practice a lot and john wick it, but real shooting is more like an entire body composure, carefully leveling the sights, squeezing, not pulling the trigger (rookie mistake) because if you pull the trigger to fast you will miss unless someone is very close to you.

I’m just a regular nonbinary person, I learned to shoot skeets out of the air before I hit puberty. I can throw up a soda can and shoot it with a shotgun which is a fairly skilled thing to do. I practiced a lot for years, and hunted a lot. (Not into hunting these days because I’m a different person, and love animals) I might if I were hungry enough. I’m better than most people at shooting.

Local is not terrible. They do a decent job. We have decent schools and decent roads. The county police aren’t super terrible. Property taxes aren’t insane like they are in most of the country. State a bit worse. They seem pretty corrupt. They levied a gas tax on us so they could hire tons of new state troopers, something the majority of people in my state do not want, and absolutely were not okay with, because we are already very poor, both the gas tax and the state troopers writing tickets. I think most people in my state see this as pure greed from the nanny state people and a scheme to extort money from the poor. Our state also completely sells us out to the evil federal government constantly unless it’s state rights to own slaves or ruin trans people something. The national government. I hate it honestly, I hate both the Republican and Democratic party. I like the Democrats more but they are both extremely corrupt and they always pass laws that screw the people and they ruin our currency and let criminal corporations get away with just about anything. They also spy on us and our children. They are disgusting people just like the executives who finance them, and the fat gen xrs and boomers who support them and they brainwash people using our labor and our taxes.

A better way is to just limit connections and upload speed and seed forever. If your total connections is like 25 and your max upload is like 100 KB/ps, it doesn’t affect your internet or anything although you should use a VPN and stuff, and it helps to keep those files out there with a complete source for a long time.

Having feelings all the time to me just seems like you want people to take care of you and drag you through life. You want attention. It probably means you refuse to examine yourself and figure out what is actually wrong with you. People only care about your feelings when its valid, not when you are being a piece of shit. Nobody is going to force a girl to date you for example. Nobody is going to feed you. Nobody is going to make you remember to buy your mother or friends a present for their birthday. These are things you have to do. You have to work on your looks, find a job, quit bad habbits, respect people. You cant get mad at someone because they dont want to be your friend, you can’t be mad at a girl because she doesn’t like you. These are not valid feelings. These are you being a manchild. Even if people wanted to baby you through life people cannot afford to do this nor have the time, and when you understand this you will realize that you are being completly unreasonable. Stop complaining and take control of your life. Hate yourself sometimes. Cry sometimes by yourself. Think about a future you would actually like to have and work on it a little when you can.

They don’t have any in the U.S unfortunatly. They wont sell the radios to access our cell networks to companies that wont do what they want them to do. Like lock bootloaders, ban apps they dont like, etc.

Its a horrible law, although there is no punishment, it just normalizes the idea of persecuting and shaming innocent people. The laws are not good when you use them to micromanage your neighbors lives. Laws are supposed to be for taking away the need for violence from society and putting judgment into a transparent and safe and strict process. All this type of stuff just gives the state more power to harm people it doesnt like who are doing nothing actually wrong. Like all laws this will only be selectivly enforced against people the powerful dont like. The reason countries really start to become bad is when you get one group of idiots in power who think they know everything, who think it their role to mold humanity into their idea of right and wrong. People lose their motivation, their creativity, their will to build things, because their life becomes a benign hell of just being a host for elitest parasites. It starts with elitest assholes telling you how you are allowed to spend your free time, and what types of haircuts are acceptable, and what types of books you are allowed to read, mass zurveliience, propganda on every type of media you consume. Downlaod managers can work with most downloads. If a site is really badly coded it still wont work. Bittorrent is good for this. I recomend qbittorrent on linux/windows, or flud on android.

With bittorrent you want to configure your settings. Set you max upload to half of what your connections upload speed is, or lower, you might have to experiment with this to see what your router and connection can handle. Activate “exit on finish” limit your max connections to 50-100 if you dont have a router with a strong CPU. Enable “require encryption” or use encryption and dont allow non encrypted connections. (Keeps your isp from throttling and helps keep you safer) Disable automatic start when you device boots up (very important)

Then you are all set. Just remember to make sure you dont run it all the time, bittorrent is hard on your router, not that it will mess it up but it will load up the CPU, honestly not much worse then windows built in spyware these days, and try to place the files where you actually want them when creating a download, so that you can reupload to the world. If you move the files after downloading them, then the client cant reupload to other users. You could even consider setting your max upload slots to something reasonable like 24 with a max upload rate of 200 KB/s, and let it run all the time. Be careful when hosting copyrighted content unless you have a VPN always active. You really should these days, they are cheap. I think i payed $80 for a year of proton VPN, a swiss company that isnt as beholden to the giant global intelligence network. You should also support artists so dont pirate unless you dont have a good option for getting your content. Pirated content also has a risk of containing malware and getting you sued.

As someone who lives in the U.S and is always on the road for work, i constantly have to deal with terrible and 3rd world internet infastructure. I am very familiar. Half of my state has about a 40% packet loss rate or something. Idk. Its bad. It drops out completly multiple times per day, cell towers, ISPs, credit card machines, etc. Sometimes you might just need to download from a better connection in another part of your state or something.

I dont have any recomendations for a download manager for PC, but for android ADM, advanced download manager seems to work well. On PC i usually just use torrents. Using a VPN in exclusivly TCP mode can also help, UDP is a lower latency lossy connection, TCP will resend packets until all of them get through. Using a vpn with TCP can help if you have a crappy connection. It wont help much if you are getting multi second drop outs. For that you really need bittorrent, or a download manager. If the zite doesnt work with download managers, and you cant get a torrent, you can try to find a mirror of the download somewhere else. Tey searching for the file name in quotes, like “filename.zip” and then use -website name to remove results from spammy sites. A search might be like, ( “filename.zip” -website1.com -website2.com )

Unless you are running a mesh node or joining the global supercompute cluster, you wouldnt need to run any hardware. I more mean like a network of towers run by the state using sub 1000 MGHz freqiencies or soemthing, to get good range, maybe even lower frequencies. You could maybe get like 50+ mile range with small devices at low power if you had the right spectrum. Perhaps a fallback mode of several hundred miles for low speed mode.

I have a similar idea for one day when we can actually use the government for good again. We should build a low bandwidth nationwide digital radio network. Not owned by corporations but by the people. Include things like rtk capability by default. The telecomms and isps will try to fight this with billions of inflation dollars, but if we do manage to get this in, everyone could have access to the internet at low speeds without paying, and it would be relativly easy to maintain. An open standard that would allow many cool technologies like robotics that are much safer and precise.

Potential aplications are, nonsibscription medical devices, realtime rtk everywhere, a huge boon for construction with a standard coordinate system. Documenting things like underground cables and pipes easily. Property lines. Self driving cars that can communicate with each other and work together. Access to the internet and communications for the poor. Cheap animal tracking collars. Drones that can fly across the country without needing a data plan. So many things. It would be an efficency gain accross the entire economy.

I break it into quarters first 12-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12. I break it into thirds next, this gets the hour.

Then for minutes i do the same and just do quick caculations in my head,

1/3 of a quarter before 6 is 25 minutes, 1/3 of a quarter after 9 is 50 minutes.

The only thing im really remembering is that values at the quarters,
