Make sure the bed isn’t wobbly. This happened to me as well. I had varying results until I fixed that. I’m on my phone at the moment and unfortunately don’t have it. I think you can find it on Cults3D if you search for sprite extruder strain relief.

I have the S1, I will strongly recommend you to print a strain relief for the ribbon cable from the extruder. Mine broke rather quick and creality sent a replacement just from hearing that the extruder stopped working so it’s probably a common issue
Yeah I’ve been printing a little PETG at about 240, but it’s something I rarely do so I haven’t opted for a all metal hotend and as I understood it I thought it was okay until about 250 C, but I guess not. It’s really mostly PLA that I print though.

I would recommend a textured bed. I also tried PETG on glass but the adhesion is better on a textured bed. I’ve been able to print at 240/70 on a PEI sheet. I have an Ender 3 S1
