

I think the prompts that ask to remove telemetry (or to be exact, stuff that try to modify system files) will just give you error. Similar to some current AI models that would just not run when it found some “prohibited” words in prompt.

EDIT: For smartphone, get a selfie stand if you have place to set it up, do not try to hold the phone with your hand for 1 hour.
So it would block screen/video capture, but will it block sound-only capture, too?

For push-notification login, there is really no other choice beside the proprietary one.
But they do also provide universal TOTP for 2FA login, it does work with other apps too. (unless your org had set special 2FA rules) The alternative option is not so obvious on initial onboarding IIRC, though.
