Did it in a similar way. I used:

sudo cp -rp

to keep permissions also. Worked like a charm.

You could host your own instance, that way you’re completely in control. I’m also doing that, just because I don’t want people(mods, owners) to decide for me who I interact with or not.

You need to comment out your z_offset from yourbltouch config. It should look like this:

and your printer.cfg (System added values etc) should look like this:

If you can, contribute to the code. You can do a pull request if you want.

But all the other federated instances will have an duplicate of certain posts/comments, right?
