What can be an expected concern is that besides ionizing air and imparting motion to neutral air molecules as the ionized ones rush from one plate to the other, that same effect can and will charge dust particles. That “collector plate” will need to be easily accessible.

Yep, this is how I do it. I bought a tank adapter online and just get a professional CO2 tank refilled at the local beverage gas shop.
Also, get the glass water containers, they last indefinitely.

You can take a look at calyxOS, it’s what I use. Android but with all Google telemetry ripped out. It’s not as resistant as graphene against a govt adversary, but for privacy, better battery (bc google stuff isn’t constantly running) and still being able to use everything, it works great.
I’m a microG guy, so I use Calyx. I wish graphene supported microG.

Yeah, I’m one of em. I’m well aware it’s not secure, but as a frontend, signal certainly was more customizable and pleasant to use even for just the few people I had to sms till I could convince to use signal.
