Actually, it’s a bell pepper that looked so red and delicious I couldn’t keep myself from buying it.
It’s about to drip down onto the beer bottles.
Gross.

I switched to curl+webhook some days ago. Before that I used hass-cli to trigger actions on Home Assistant but I find webhooks to act much faster.
Oops, missed that typo. Sorry I guess…

Schorsch@feddit.deto Technology@lemmy.world•YouTube’s ad blocker crackdown now includes third-party appsEnglish2·1 year agoCan anyone tell me what’s up with LibreTube not playing videos recently?
You see, parents are a motor to innovation. (/s)
Hopefully the patent runs out soon…
I have a Sony Reader PRS-350 since 2011 and honestly the battery life never has been great. It’s discharging too quickly when powered off and even faster when on standby.

Schorsch@feddit.deto Open Source@lemmy.ml•Treedome 0.4.5 is out: Encrypted, Local First, Note Taking App3·1 year agoLook, I don’t mean to be disrespectful at all. I just wonder. And yes I do think that perhaps it would be nice to have more diversity in the kind of software that people develop. I just noticed there’s a flood of note taking apps and I wonder why this is. But ofc it’s up to the developers to decide what kind of software they want to work on, mostly sacrificing their free time. That being said I’m very thankful for everybody who’s developing useful foss software!

And when she boots into Windows 10 MS’s data stealing gets downright creepy.
I am lucky enough not to have a Windows 11 PC on my network but I think I would see even more denied requests.
Schorsch@feddit.deto ADHD@lemmy.world•Does your ADHD interfere with having consistency in sports?English3·2 years agoI used Beeminder and it really helped with keeping me going to the gym.
Unfortunately, the gym canceled the contract with my company fitness provider. So that’s that and I’m now procrastinating on finding a new gym.
But I really recommend finding tools to keep yourself accountable especially on recurring tasks like gym visits.
You may want to read into the concept of Commitment Devices.

Masks without valves are exhausting to me and fog up my glasses too much though.
Actually I do a whole lot of things!
Just not those that I’m apparently supposed/required to do.
