Let’s see what this Fediverse thing is all about.

Exactly, it would be more authentic to the time to watch it on 4:3 with black bands.
I really don’t understand how every fictional robot, no matter how minor or simple, is usually 100x better than the real ones, with ugly shapes and uncanny valleys all around.
Or something like the Skynet/Ultron approach…
The peculiar thing, I think, is that they did it outside of lab conditions, using something ‘common’ as a telecom optic fiber. But of course this wouldn’t have got as many clicks…
They’re not such a big threat if they still have to get to AGP stage…
“uuh, no… the ‘4G/5G’ is only part of the model number”
I bought a Philips one. Turned off WiFi cause my mom doesn’t use streaming much, and to get rid of those effing “accept cookies?” pop-ups. Every once in a while it suggests to connect to the network. 😑😑
Ykes. Awful ROI, I’d say.
You’ve answered what I was wondering… “Given how ‘good’ these AI turds are, was this robot any good? Isn’t it probably the reason the company is going butt-up?” I seriously hope the ‘specifically made for autistic children’ wasn’t their way to stand out among all the other toy robots…
And it’s even faster if you peek at others’ homework…
I did the same for my mom, coming from XP and using it basically just for browsing, mail and look at photos Zorin an almost painless transition. That said, I admit that mimicing W11 interface wasn’t the best choice.
The Linux distro for anime fans?
Because they’ve become kinda the standard and people don’t know any better; I may be wrong, but for the average user there’s the ‘printer’ which uses ink, and thern there’s the copier which uses toner. About them “always been kind of awful”… I dunno, looking back it was harder for them to clog, they were cheap and simple; then they started the race to the smallest nozzles, realized they could upcharge the ink 1000x… and here we are.
It’s easy when you can put expendable minions to work 25/7 on things.
12 GB RAM - not quite enough to play w/ LLMs
Good. Not every card has to be about AI, there’s enough of those already; we need gaming cards.
Weren’t them also partially fake, as not completely autonomous?
I really, really hope they used a backdoor.
We aren’t talking about floating ones like in “Wall-E”, even the one in the thumbnail could benefit from a better looking face without impacting functionality at all.
