Can you get it to boot into twrp via fastboot? If not then you could try flashing stock firmware to see if that resolves the issue. Another thing is you may run into issues installing lineage via twrp. The recommended way is by using their recovery image.

It is just how I prefer to do my computing. I tend to live on the command line and pipe programs together to get complex behavior. Hmm, that isn’t something I have personally encountered. This tool looks promising even if it isn’t under development anymore, but it might be worth a shot.
