Not all piped based, but you can use beatbump.io on desktop. Innertune or ViMusic on Android (both available on FDroid). I prefer InnerTune as you have more control over offline tracks.
The Google Play version of AntennaPod has Cast enable, FDroid version didn’t the last time I checked.
