Do you have induction hobs or traditional electric?
Do you have induction hobs or traditional electric?
Lmao, it’s funny how most of these use cases rarely stray from the stereotype of ‘I can’t spend an hour focusing on something and learn so I’ll take a shortcut instead’.
Meanwhile at work all chatGPT has caused is misery as it makes people think they’re expert programmers now while I have to debug their shitty code. Do they learn? Nope, just repeatedly serving up slop.
RSS is in no way simple to regular normies.
Man I love factorio’s art, had no idea people thought it was bad. Maybe at release. But there’s alot of attention to detail in the sprites, even the trees sway gently in the breeze. You don’t see that often in other games of a similar style.
Seems like a really roundabout way to do this, surely a unit test (no pun intended) would’ve been a better solution?
There are a tonne of apartment balconies that are just afterthoughts by the developer though. I see plenty that are narrow to the point of being useless, or 30 floors up with no enclosed overhang which just generally feels kinda terrifying.
I can second bioinformatics if you have the aptitude for biology and IT, the pay can be 10-20k higher than a similar wet lab science job. But technically the skills you have could get you paid more in pure IT (science generally pays less). Demand is high, so the barrier to entry is generally lower (no hard requirements for phd, only a bachelors minimum or work experience in a similar field). Less physical labour too. Downside is that team sizes are usually small so you’ll be doing alot of multitasking.
Yea, talk about overcomplicating a simple task.
Or uh, idk, tax them properly and you achieve the same outcome without any killing.
Not that it’d ever happen though.
I mean it’s still unique to the US. Plenty of other, poorer countries have better healthcare.
I use antenna pod which is able to download as well, which seems to suggest that at some point the ads get fixed. Also they’re very consistent for me, enough that I can usually cut off the first 30 seconds of ads for certain podcasts (there’s a function to skip predefined sections).
Probably too small of an audience but I’m amazed that someone hasn’t released a podcast app that has sponsorblock. Podcast ads are so predictable I’d imagine an ML model would have no issue detecting them.
Mate it’s a trivial problem
Because a huge part about learning is actually figuring out how to extract/summarise information from imperfect sources to solve related problems.
If you use CHATGPT as a crutch because you’re too lazy to read between the lines and infer meaning from text, then you’re not exercising that particular skill.
This x100. I literally never worry about bills anymore.
Honestly, I didn’t bother with the other three after reading the poor reviews for it, maybe I’ll give them a go.
Edit: Actually, I’ve read the second one, which was definitely better. I just have read that the last two ain’t too great.
The Moon is a Harsh Mistress is my favourite book and would be highly relevant today given its political themes about colonialism, and AI.
I think this is a good contender for the show being better than the book (which was incredibly dry Sci-Fi with almost no character content).
Idk about you but I have a newish chromecast with google tv and it’s laggy af. So it’ll be good to have something with better specs.
Huh, I figured induction would be cheaper.
