Oh, I was thinking the certificate would only be needed for signups - once the account is created, it absolutely should be on the account holder, not the service provider.

The service provider could even generate a certificate request that the age verification entity signs (again, with no identifying information, other than “I need an age verification signature, please”). That certificate would only be valid for that specific service provider and can’t be re-used.
I found a version of Star vs the Forces of Evil without lyrics. I spliced the first 10 and last 20 seconds to fit it within 30 seconds.
This just looks like a standard orthographic projection with Canada near the center.

You are mistaking a “concerted effort” with a general consensus that free VPNs are not a great idea. “If a service is free, you are not the customer, you are the product” is a pretty good rule of thumb. Your downvotes aren’t necessarily a conspiracy here.
Close, Coordinated Universal Time. And for those wondering: Why is UTC used instead of CUT?

If Apple gets their way, you’ll be renewing every month:

This probably explains the post I saw last night about Roger Ver. I was wondering how a post about a Bitcoin cash shill hit my All feed.

Yes, but some constitutional literalists tend to be quite … literal.
“The authors of the 22nd amendment clearly knew the difference between holding office and being elected to office, because the text of the amendment distinguishes between the two, yet still chose to explicitly only bar from election.”

Since the 22nd amendment only explicitly bars you from being elected, it could be argued that you still meet the eligibility requirements laid out in Article II; that is, you’re only explicitly barred from being elected, not from holding office.
We’ve definitely seen some very concerning Supreme Court rulings recently, so it’s unfortunately not as clear-cut as we would hope.

Okay, loophole time: what if he runs as VP in 2028, and after inauguration, the newly elected president resigns? He wouldn’t technically have been elected, and the amendment doesn’t mention being barred from actually serving more than twice.

The Linksys WRT3200ACM has A/B firmware support, but unfortunately that router is starting to get a little outdated. Saved me from a couple bad upgrades, but unfortunately it died on me about 4 months ago. I updated to the Banana Pi BPI-R3, which has been great for my network speed, but was a lot more complicated to set up.

Are you trying to say you’re not a fan of needing to reinstall packages after an upgrade? It’s so simple with these easy to remember commands:
opkg update
cat /etc/backup/installed_packages.txt | grep overlay | sed s/\ *overlay// | xargs opkg install

Wait, I haven’t seen ads on YouTube Premium (yet), and I’m just now realizing this could very likely be because Google knows my wife and I don’t watch sports.

Just toss your pants and underwear in the nearest trash bin. Problem solved!

I’m clumsy enough that I’ve got a “paper cut” from aluminum foil while preparing dinner.

I mean, it basically is a poop knife that can reach further down inside the toilet.

Yeah, I’ve had to help a neighbor with that 1 time out of 100. The plunger was just causing the water to slam against the turd that had created a perfect seal and splash back outside the toilet. It probably took at least 5 uses with the auger to finally clear out enough crap to finally break it apart enough to let it flush.
Fortunately, the second time I helped them with a nearly identical situation, the plunger worked. But it still took a few forceful plunges in quick succession. I was worried I might have to use the auger again.

The UN would likely consider it a violation of their human rights if a country knowingly allowed a citizen to become stateless. I would hope that at least all member states would not allow it, but I don’t know for certain.
Philosophically I agree with you. I was just discussing a technological way to accomplish age verification without giving up users’ identities to a service provider, or the government knowing what service you’re using. Unfortunately, too many governments want to know what you’re doing inside your pants.
