Anyways, from a listening perspective, 160kbit vorbis is audibly lossless I think, and there are many songs on here that are not possible to find elsewhere. For popular songs you want, yeah, just download the Flac elsewhere.
for each file, the computer has to ask the phone about the file, wait for the phone to process the file request, and respond. Then it can start transferring the file. With a single file, it can copy everything in one go without stopping.
You’re basically being bottlenecked by your phone’s CPU, and by high latency in a single-threaded task.

Very strange scale, people facing criminal charges for hateful or violent Facebook posts in Europe is considered as bad as silencing political journalism.
There’s comment on how many people in the UK are facing charges over this, but every country in Europe enforces hate speech laws. Seems very biased towards mainstream headlines about the nazi thug riots in UK.
Why do they have an office and employees? It’s a damn ffmpeg wrapper.
They’re already charging comparible amounts as Netflix but they don’t do half the things that Netflix does. $750 at $10/month is over 6 years. That’s more than double what is reasonable. If I pay for 3 years of software development, shouldn’t I be allowed to keep the software?
