Oh got it so you stop it as soon as you hit start before the water goes in then start it automagically later
Oh got it so you stop it as soon as you hit start before the water goes in then start it automagically later
Wait why would you not want it to finish sooner? Is it so the clothes soaks in the water overnight?
I use obsidian and ezcalidraw also, I didn’t realize we can put one in the other
Yeah it took me some time to get used to it, I also customized it a lot over the years, I like to set it so the keyboard shows automatically so I can just hit a letter as soon as I unlock my phone
Way faster than searching around for icons for me, plus it auto sorts them depending on usage at times. For example in the morning Waze is there and then a bit later my work time clock shows up and Lemmy is always a press away. Plus you can add tags to things so I use voyager for Lemmy but I tagged it Lemmy so I can search for either. I use my desktop the same way I hit the super key and start typing and my applications are there so its nice to transfer that muscle memory over to my phone
as long as I can cover it all with the kiss launcher
oh interesting Ill have to look into that! thank you
that was my thinking too, if something happened to me I dont want all my wifes passwords to be locked out so I made her an admin on the account as well to be able to continue paying for the service or export her passwords
Man oblivion walks are the best until a crazy woman comes at you trying to steal your soul with a fancy sword
At some point I’d rather just carry a power bank when I go camping or something instead of carrying a huge phone daily

I’ve been meaning to install linkwarden to replace using Firefox bookmarks, I haven’t tried it yet but looks great
We have to be hip and shorten it, so like maybe instead of package manager it can be pacman or if maybe by distro so like the popos can have a pop shop
The hardest part is picking a username and seeing what the name of the app store is on the distro
When i first started self hosting i went through several reinstalls of unraid until I finally got my method down and had a better understanding of what I was doing.
I recently did the same thing with arch on my laptop. The past like two weeks I reinstalled arch like 6 times until I knew what I wanted and how to do it from my notes, I went from arch with plasma to i3wm and now to hyprland so now I can do a minimal install to hyprland and get everything up and going to the point I felt confident enough to do the same to my main home desktop
I think that’s the one i use, I had a few mobile users not be able to watch plex in the past so I installed jellyfin and that so they could go back and forth
No i don’t but some of them send me money every once in a while just because they use plexripper to download from my server to theirs, I’m going to be running the server anyways so people using it feels better than it sitting idle
I use plex mainly but run jellyfin alongside it for people that watch on mobile.
I started with my old desktop that had an Intel cpu with quicksync and put unraid on it, i started with 2tb disk and gradually switched over to 14tb drives now I’m at 100tb total storage.
I have several famy friends coworkers using it now, at first no one was really interested but as streaming prices went up and content got more dispersed people started jumping on board.
Now multiple friends setup their own servers so its really good coverage especially if I need to take mine down for maintenance the wife can keep watching stuff from other people’s servers.
Things you need to find out is if you are behind a cgnat or other isp issues
Wow how did they get that cpu in there
Ive been looking at those anker solix battery systems they supposedly can be used as a ups but haven’t looked into how well and you can plug solar panels into them which was my original goal to reduce the power usage from the grid at least for part of the day
There’s even some ways to keep your watch states in sync between the two, I used to use jellyfin for people that watched from mobile and having the progress kept between the two is great
