  • I hope all the best for you. If it feels like you’ve hit an impasse, I have found psychotherapy technics the most effective; Emotion Image Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. The first one I think might be more beneficial to you if you still feel the same in the future. Anyhow I hope this helps and please don’t mind my terrible spelling.


  • I had an experience a few years back and stopped crying for 2 years. I cry now but if it’s for personal reasons I often suppress my emotions as it starts and it goes away before I can process anything. Therapy has helped me recently cry longer and stay in a moment, but I understand that’s expensive and even I can’t afford it. I hope you are able to process things.
