    what I do is use a profile gage and either transfer that to grid paper and scan or put a ruler next to it and take a picture.

    the grid paper allows you to correct for any distortion present in the scan/picture using an image editor or something like uv mapping in blender.

    alternatively, you could get clever with a height gage I suppose. but if you have one of those laying around you’d probably have more sophisticated metrology methods as well.

    I also wanna say the curves on a PS5 are not particularly complex. you could probably match it with a 3x3 nurbs or similar.
