I am not 100% sure on the exact year, but some time in the mid, possibly late, 2000s is when I think my family ditched it.

All I know is I have memories of it being somewhere around 2011-12 and not wanting to have the router moved out of my grandma’s room because mine was directly below hers, which narrows it down to probably before 2010. Didn’t live outside society, either.

I’ve seen this on a documentary style thing on prime years ago, but why not fried Asian murder hornets and nuts?

Closest I’ve ever had is probably my dad searching my room for candy when I was younger or may be a year or so ago I went to see summer fireworks and came home to find out he went into my room and went into my electronic junk/storage dresser drawer and snagged some cookies I planned on eating when I got back later that night. I’m not super pissed about it since they were for my mom, but I’m not happy about it either, even to this day.

As for the other incidents of candy snagging when I was younger, I can’t remember anything specific so I don’t feel anything about them.

No clue but my brother and sister-in-law are hoping for a housing market crash so they can get one. I hope it crashes so not only can they get one, but hopefully my parents (and by extension my other brother and I) would have a house to live in instead of an apartment. Though I feel as though my they would have an easier time getting one than my parents since, even though it’s only a smaller business, he has a good job (not doxxing what he does, though).

I went to look up my favorite trope and went on a whole entire side tangent for both Wakfu season 4 in general and some general 3•2•1 Penguins trope trivia.

Ended up finding out that the Grandmum from Penguins had 4 different VA’s in the English dub, throughout the series both Jason and Michelle Conrad were voiced by children, somehow on the Qubo TV station was able to outperform VeggieTales among children in ratings at one point in an anthology series of Penguins and Larry Boy, and the original working title was Jason and the Penguinauts.

Most of that surprised me, especially the children VA’s because I’m so used to adults voicing kids in things like anime that it’s weird to me.

Also, if no existing property is using the Jason and the Penguinauts name, I hope to God some day in the future I can create a game with that name. I’d definitely create a game with a similar vibe to Penguins 100% but be legally distinct enough to not get copyright struck. Also, by create, I probably mean get enough funding to get a team together to help make it because I am really dumb and couldn’t do a project like that on my own.

Not long. Maybe a few days to maybe a little after a week. We have plenty of canned goods, but who knows how long they’d last (from being eaten, not going bad). My family has a couple propane tanks, so that’s the only reason we’d last a little while. Also, I’d be screwed because I go to routine appointments every once in a while to make sure my blood ain’t too thin or thick because I’m on blood thinners. So fuck me, I guess.

Definitely calling Saint Luigi a hero and defending him online, if what I’ve seen on a few different instances is to be taken into account.

If we’re talking something I actually have worked on in the past year, a crummy book I’ve been writing on Wattpad. Have 5-6 “Legacy” chapters out, but they’re gonna eventually be rewritten if I ever get to them within my lifetime. They’re only there to exist, pretty much. Not an interesting book by any stretch of the imagination.

Just a group of kids in the mid 90s spending their summer doing normal things like how in one unpublished chapter you follow the main character as he goes to what he considers a boring wedding and has to deal with the embarrassment of at one point having to dance with his cousin, who thinks he’s kinda cute.

Been working on it since maybe fall 2017 or sometime in 2018. Otherwise, I cannot think of any projects of mine that have been going on any longer than that that I actually have actively worked on this year and am willing to share (there’s some fanfiction series, but I ain’t willing to go into that, despite it not being too cringe).

Not being able to turn your brain off and stop thinking. Nobody wants it but people are gonna learn how to suffer from this autistic beaver whether they like it or not.

I don’t have withdrawal symptoms without the Internet, but I certainly get bored without it since I use it a lot. So maybe 70-80% addicted. I’ve never known a world without it and here I am spending most of my free time watching videos when I’m not listening to music locally stored on my devices or on CD. That, and doing a lot of online looking when I’m not playing games, some of which are Internet/data (because mobile) required. Internet is a huge part of my mortal life right now, but at least I’m self aware enough to know I’m addicted to Hell and back.

Definitely a hard but fun game. I think I’ve made it to the 3rd zone/layer/whatever only once and died like a floor later. Absolute hype moment.

Lose weight (aka stop eating as much junk and actually exercise instead of staying inside my room all day when I have nowhere else to go and nothing else to do)

With the way the weather goes anymore due to climate change in my area, a white Christmas. I think either last year or the year before we had one, but that also came with the first subzero temperatures I’ve ever dealt with.

This year there’s been basically no snow at all outside of maybe a day or less and not even that cold. I’ve been able to use a leather jacket I’ve been wearing most of fall and haven’t needed to pull out my actual winter coat besides once this December. I really do like my winter coat, so I’m bummed about that, but also bummed because I associate Chrismas with snow because there was always snow every winter in my hometown compared to now.

Since I don’t have a lot of experience with many places outside my hometown, probably my hometown around 1985AD so I could grow up enjoying the 90s.

As much as I love the technology of today, I absolutely love 90s cartoons, music, and plenty of old 90s games. Plus the Internet of the time on places like Geocities, from what I’ve seen from archived sites, absolutely had amazing charm to them.

The one thing I wouldn’t like about the deal is the part about being born in the 80s since I’m not a fan of that decade. That, and I am completely unaware of the history of mechanical heart valves and when they started becoming a thing used in open heart surgery (if the medical technology of the time would even be able to pick up the little growth like thing that was attached to my valve when I was born).

Franklin. I may be an adult who barely remembers ever watching that cartoon, if I ever actually did, but absolutely a guilty pleasure show for me. Especially since I had a Franklin edutainment game (which I’ve found online and played within the past year for nostalgia reasons) and the official Franklin dominoes set growing up.

I just wish, even though I have all the episodes on an external hard drive to ensure I can watch them when I want, that I could watch all the episodes on yt, but Treehouse Direct (Canadian channel) decided that the first couple wouldn’t be region locked and then region locked the rest of the series.

I also wish I could find all the episodes to the 3D animated sequel(?) series Franklin and Friends because I actually really like that one as well. That one feels a lot harder to find all the episodes to, at least last time I checked. Especially when I don’t use the normal streaming services everyone else does here in the States.

Found an “officialfranklin” channel, but I guarantee it’s a fake. Especially since they barely have any of the original Franklin show and only have season 1 of Franklin and Friends in the playlist and nothing else. Though, Wikipedia says otherwise about it being fake, I still don’t think it’s official.

I love how the title to the show makes it sound like you might be watching some low quality porn.

You know as a fact that they probably rolled out the feature.and then turned it on for every single uploaded video that ever existed in the platform before the rollout.
