Yeah it can be hard to differentiate between criticism and insults online. Often insults will be emotionally driven or have surface level analysis while proper criticism will have deeper insight into the topic and be delivered calmly.
I’ve seen proper criticism taken as an insult.
I would assume immaturity or insecurity.
I would assume that anyone reacting in such a manner is immature and insecure in their own work. Insults are often not worth listening or reacting to, constructive criticism is. However if you respond to proper criticism by attacking the critic then you’re an ass.
Interstellar is currently having the ui reworked. Probably worth making a suggestion on the github. I believe Interstellar is currently the only app for mbin.
Fyi the vitruvian man was drawn by Leonardo, not Michelangelo. Different ninja turtle.
Getting fired doesn’t make it any less spontaneous.
mbin is probably the closest to what you want. Its supports both threaded content (lemmy) as well as microblogging (mastodon) Here is a list of servers https://joinmbin.org/servers and interstellar is the mbin app.

I known its not answering the question but why not use an open source alternative like darktable. On one hand you’ll have to learn a different workflow but on the other you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to install and use it.
resume (cv/job application) more recently comes from french and is pronounced differently than resume (to continue). Ultimately they both come from the same latin word “resumere”. https://www.etymonline.com/word/resume
Sorry yeah I’ve gotten so used to building android apps its probably more complicated than I think.
Open android studio. Select new project from version control. Enter the url of the github and click enter. This will download the source code and open it to view/edit. Android studio should then prepare dependencies etc, it will say something like “building gradle” in the bottom corner. Wait for that to finish then in the toolbar at the top of the screen there is a dropdown labeled build which has the different build options. There should be one called “build apk” this will build the app.
Now that I’ve written this out it does seem more complicated that I thought.
I just opened it in android studio and clicked build.

The default Samsung calendar app has a widget which shows how long since/until a chosen calendar event. Its probably something like that.

Home is a noun, adverb, adjective, and a verb. Yes the statement is proper English.
Also don’t understand the “morally wrong” argument. Just because something is slightly more complicated than it could be doesn’t make it “morally wrong”.
Yes having equations written in a more straightforward way might make it easier for laypeople to understand but I think that the people who use their head for anything more complicated than a+b and don’t just use a calculator can probably figure it out fine.
My immediate answer was yeah why not, but then I read the comments about prison fences and realised I was missing some American specific context. The fence’s at my schools were waist high with open gates. They were more of a boundary marker than anything else.
